Bio:

Flash Learning Chips are available for all general skills (1,000 credits each) and Specializations (200 credits each). Characters with 4D or less in a given skill can gain te specialization through flash training. General skills are more limted and can’t be gained at over 5D or 1D more than the controlling attribute (whichever is less).

When using character points to improve a roll general skill rolls can be improved 2D for character points while specializations may be improved up to 5D for character points (either is 1D per character point spent, but character point dice explode as if wild dice but don’t complicate).
